"Lost Canadians" + MMIWG Campaign
Lost Canadians is an app designed for communicating information about missing individuals in Canada. Missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls are statistically the majority of missing persons in Canada, but are also the only group undocumented by the government.
The Problem
Missing and Murdered Indiginous Women and Childen are the highest number of deaths in Canada manually and are simulataeously undocumented by the government.
The Solution
The app helps family members of missing persons connect and network. Updates are made don't he status of missing persons and relatives are able to connect over similar experiences. Advertising Campaign brings attention to the number of missing and murdered women by showing their likenesses and names all together.
Logo
The simplistic and modern logo communicats the purpose and message of the app visually using a simple icon. Usuers can recognize the magnifying glass motif and maple leaf to understand the functionality and main message of the app.
