From June 2023 to 2025, I developed and managed Capilano Suspension Bridge Park’s TikTok presence from the ground up — building a recognizable, high-performing brand voice that captured the park’s magic for a new generation of viewers.

Through a mix of storytelling, trend adaptation, and visual consistency, the account grew organically to 6.6K followers and reached over 5.9M video views. The content achieved 4.5M total viewers and 3.7M new viewers, with a primary audience of women aged 18–34 across Canada (50%) and the United States (28%).

Key performance highlights include multiple viral videos surpassing 1M+ views, such as “It’s Almost Time! Are You Ready for It?” (1.3M views) and “Bear Plushes” (1.6M views), alongside steady engagement from seasonal campaigns like Canyon Lights and Canyon Frights.

Content I concepted, shot, edited, and wrote consistently performed above industry benchmarks, averaging 422K likes, 26K comments, and 112K shares, with 92% of traffic originating from the “For You” page.
The result was a visually cohesive, emotionally engaging channel that connected Capilano’s brand storytelling to millions of global viewers — transforming the park’s natural wonder into a digital experience.
