This project focused on reimagining Capilano’s shuttle bus schedule to improve clarity, functionality, and cost efficiency for both guests and partner hotels. The previous design was completely refreshed into a more minimal and structured layout that upheld the standards of professional service planning while enhancing legibility and brand consistency.

A new large-format pad system was created for the busy event season — distributed to hotel concierges and tourism partners, allowing them to easily tear off individual schedules for guests. This practical format reduced printing costs while maximizing accessibility and distribution efficiency.

In addition to the main schedule, a secondary map was developed to guide visitors traveling from further distances in Richmond. Designed with simplified transit-inspired graphics, the map clearly illustrated the connection between major transit routes and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, ensuring an effortless and visually cohesive guest journey from start to finish.
